Individuals purchasing mobility products for their own personal use may be exempt from paying VAT.
We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price. The form can be downloaded from the site using the link below and / or will be included with your goods and should be mailed back to us at the address on the form. Our prices are therefore shown exclusive of any VAT. Any VAT exemption claim will be processed to each client upon receipt of the VAT exemption form as required by HM Customs & Excise.
